Days start late we get up around 10 or 11 but emails and work chase us as soon as half an eye opens. Being nocturnal has its pros and cons. But those 1 AM discourses are always real. We've had clients walk in expecting agency speak and leave with our honest opinion that their logo looks like a medical warning label. We don't do "let's circle back" we do "this isn't working and here's why." At 8 PM, you'll find us still debating a headline while the dabbawalas outside start their last rounds. We don't have a foosball table. We have a wall covered in rejected work that taught us more than the approved stuff ever did.
